What did alleged global warming have to do with this?
Everything. Southern weather moves north as predicted, along with plants not usually found there endemically. Nothing is "alleged" but your ability to understand simple concepts. I don't hold out much hope for that givven the preponderance of evidence to the contrary.
Yorkie, you are such a putz. Global Warming has been discounted by so many I'm amazed you still hold on to that trope. More likely your receding hairline is caused by Global Warming.
Please explain the following Tornadoes in the New Hampshire/New England area? 1643, 1680, 1682, 1748, 1759, 1773, 1782 (multiple hits), 1787, et cetera and et cetera and et cetera. And that is only over 130 years LONG BEFORE your claim of global warming. A simple google search would show that this is NOT a new phenomena, but a rather old one totally unrelated to any thing called "global warming," "climate change" or any other myth. And you call yourself a reporter? ROFL

Yorkie... 1, I don't work in a government school...(Some Reporter YOU are) YOU however are a product of government schools. 2. I'm one hell of a counselor and have given talks at the state and international levels on mental health plus have been an adjunct professor at the University but am not currently teaching. But as a counselor I would never work with you because I only work with those that CAN be helped. 3. Texas at least recognizes that the Global Warming BS is just that, BS. Oh, and lastly, re read that article... it is not about record numbers, but the swath of the thing. Yep, some reporter. ROFL Also Yorkie... And yes I was a fishery Biologist series 0482 professional. Documented on my resume. Not that it matters to you but facts are facts not opinions of them. The article is an observation and increasing numbers of tornados are but one factor as is the record swath and distance. 14 in Maine? I don't recall any. I guess I was just born when they had the last one in 1953. Facts aren't necessary in mental health work I guess. Not at the defunct professor level as defined in Texaco. See Ken Kesey's work on this.
OK yorkie, show me a FACT about global warming... not conjecture, not consensus, not computer models that "predict" the future and have yet to predict the past...
Oh, and I have three paid pieces at pajamas media and one poem published (granted, the poem was for a contest and I bought the book for sheer vanity reasons) - oh, wait, that makes me just like you yorkie. Oh, and pajamas media is NOT a blog...though they do have blogs there.

Yorkie, you are soooo wrong. The pieces WERE PAID, $100.00 per article. So, I suppose authors of screen plays, playwrites, script writers for TV shows aren't authors then. Like you said, you can't have your own facts yorkie.
