ACTIVITY DURING WWII

LANDED AT UTAH BEACH ON D-DAY, AS A MEDIC SERVING UNDER GENERAL THEODORE ROOSEVELT. MARCHED WITH GENERAL PATTON AND THE 5TH ARMY ENGINEERS IN THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE. RECEIVED THE SILVER STAR IN PRUM GERMANY FOR VALOR IN BATTLE AWARDED BY GENERAL HAROLD BLAKELY. MARCHED INTO GERMANY AND LIBERATED THE CONCENTRATION CAMP AT BUCHENWALD NEAR WEIMAR.
