Via Publisher's Lunch. You have to give it to Hotchner, he's really making hay with his relationsip with EH. I hope for some of this myself since my dad was friends with Hemingway in the Hurtgen Forest under the worst of circumstances. They both got concussions together. I got my father to read a few of his books before he died. He liked them.
