The NewsHour on PBS last night repeated the myth via William Kristol, you know, the balance, that John Kerry voted for the nuclear waste repository and now he's against it. Not quite true. He fought to remove bogus clauses in the bill and Bush signed it in out from under their efforts to get the sound science a priori. Thanks to JD Lasica for jumping on this.
