Op-ediots

Guys like this Samuelson are exactly the problem with free speech on op-ed pages in major papers. Somehow these sanctioned idiots with inflated paychecks get to play God with the facts. In this case, by framing a very damning account of global warming denial by Newsweek as a sort of faux morality play and thus disengenuous to The Truth. Only because it's Inconvenient.

The Denial Machine is the history of the truth on this matter and the players are named. The idea is to get Michael Gerson, Fumento and economic commentators like Samuelson to frame the stories as hype against industry, and thus not valid. It is valid and only industry can solve the CO2 production problem. As always, they need to be made to by those we pay to solve problems: public offcials. That's why we have them.

You're right, free speech is a very bad thing. I suggest we start by eliminating your useless (and but for me) unread blog.

Hey Fumento! Thanks for stopping by buddy. What, Samuelson can't fight his own battles? Things must be touchy over at the wingnut tank what with truth winning and all these days. Life can be a bitch when free speech is dtermined to be a lie. Welcome to the real world. A hot one these days too!

Now I get it. Gerson tipped you off. Well, you live by the sword and die by it, or at least some do. My job is to see it's the bad guys on that end.
